Services & training programs

  • This introductory program (for all ages) includes coaching for olympic weightlifting in a group environment, olympic weightlifting programming (2 days/week), and partial open gym access (2 days/week) during open gym hours.

    This training program is available with a 3-month or 6-month commitment.

    Clients have the option of training on any (2) of the following days:

    • Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday weekly

  • This program (for all ages) includes coaching for olympic weightlifting and cross-discipline training in a group environment, olympic weightlifting and cross-discipline programming (3 days/week), and partial open gym access (3 days/week) during open gym hours.

    This training program is available with a 6-month or 12-month commitment.

    Clients will have the opportunity to train on:

    • Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday weekly

  • This program (for all ages) includes coaching for olympic weightlifting and cross-discipline training in a group environment, olympic weightlifting and cross-discipline programming (4-5 days/week), and full open gym access (5 days/week) during open gym hours.

    This training program is available with a 6-month or 12-month commitment.

    Clients will have the opportunity to train on:

    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Saturday weekly

  • This program (for youth athletes) includes coaching for strength & conditioning, speed & agility, and injury prevention in a group environment.

    This training program is available month-to-month or with a 3-month commitment.

    Clients will have the opportunity to train on:

    • Monday & Thursday weekly from 6:30pm - 7:30pm
